Q: Do I need to buy equipment for in home training?

A: No you don’t, I bring equipment to you. If you do have equipment or decide to purchase some, no worries we can use it too.

Q: Can you train me at my gym?

A: Unfortunately no, commercial gyms don’t usually allow independent trainers to train at their locations.

Q: Can I train with a friend?

A: Absolutely! You can either join a semi private training class or train in a separate group privately with your friends.

Q: Can you train me in my apartment building, gym or outside in the park?

A: Yes I can. As long as there is space we can train!

Q: How long will it take me to see results?

A: During your training program you will start to see results in the first 4 to 6 weeks.

Q: Do I need to modify my diet to see results?

A: 100 percent! Nutrition and exercise are married–you can’t have one without the other.

Q: Can you help me eat better?

A: Yes! I can help you make better decisions with your food choices. I can coach you through eating healthier.

Q: Do I have to train the rest of my life to stay healthy?

A: Yes you do! The good news is I can show you how! My goal is to teach you how to work out efficiently.

Q: How often should I train with you?

A: I highly recommend training at least 2-3 times per week.
