Rich Joseph is a certified personal trainer and a sports performance coach. Holding a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Rich’s training began in 2011 at a local community gym, where he became floor manager, educating members on how to use the gym for optimal results.

Inspired by the atmosphere and the opportunity to help others look and feel their best, Rich became an independent teacher-trainer committed to bring clients into their best fitness. Losing weight and getting into better shape is a big concern in the U.S., especially when more than 50% of American adults are either overweight or obese. Rich’s overall goals are not only to improve the overall fitness level of each individual client, but also to show each person how to maintain a satisfying exercise routine in spite of a busy schedule.
