There is no one size fits all training program. My perspective on fitness is it should be individualized. I consider myself a personalized trainer because all programs are designed for YOU! We focus on your weakness and build upon your strengths. Even my group classes are capped at 10 so everyone can get maximum attention.
Nutrition + Exercise
One of the BIGGEST misconceptions about training: when you work out you can eat anything, as long as you’re burning calories. Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand; you can’t have one without the other. There are so many different diets and cookie cutter programs online. Don’t worry. I will personally coach you on your path to a healthier lifestyle.
Community Building
Teaching fitness to communities is my passion. I love to give talks to adults and kids on how important their health is! I’m currently teaching fitness classes to low income Brooklyn residents so they can learn more about adapting a healthy lifestyle. I’ve worked in many community complexes and my goal is to educate as many neighborhoods as I can.
